Booked the festive friday deal for my girlfriend's birthday and your assistant manager very kindly upgraded us to a suite. We had an amazing time and found that the food, room and service was excellent. I will be recommending tulfarris to my friends in future. Thanks again.

Have to say that this would have to be one of the best hotels myself and my partner have ever stayed in. My partner who is a perfectionist usually finds fault no matter where he stays but on this occasion he honestly could find fault with nothing. Staff were really friendly and helpful, rooms were spotless and we are really looking forward to returning in the near future. Thank you for a very enjoyable, relaxing stay.

Great service. Thanks again for the upgrade:) Some parts of the hotel are very dated, e.g. lift. Overall very enjoyable stay though.

Unfortunately the hotel was designed without a conventional elevator but a wheelchair lift was installed as we only have 1 floor to ascend but this is not really like all other lifts. Excellent. I had a wonderful stay. Super value too. Food in the Lime Tree was first class, both dinner and breakfast. Hope you keep up the high standards.
